• This is a Drug/Alcohol Free Event!

• No admission if prior consumption of drugs or alcohol is suspected. No refund of ticket price if denied admission
• Check in will be from 9:30PM until 11:00PM. No entry after 11:00PM.
• You must be present to win all prizes. To be eligible for cash prizes, you must have purchased your ticket by May 29th at 12pm.
  

• Tickets are Non refundable or transferable. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance such as a pandemic, the funds raised will be used to raffle off prizes to those that have already purchased tickets.
• Once the student has left the party they will not be allowed to re-enter.

TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR THE NIGHT OF THE PARTY CASH ONLY for $70 CASH ONLY. You will not be eligible to win any of the cash prizes if you purchase your ticket at the door but you will be eligible to win raffle prizes.

*The Battlefield High School Parent Teacher Organization (BHS PTO) is not a program or department of the Prince William County Public Schools, but an independent organization which has obtained the approval of PWCS to support its schools, students, teams, programs, and extracurricular activities. All funds raised by the BHS PTO must be used for approved school purposes.

DISCLAIMER & WAIVER

IN CONSIDERATION of the right to attend and participate in the Battlefield High School Senior Grad Party (SGP), the parent/guardian of the above-identified student and the student hereby: Authorizes permission for the student to participate in the Battlefield High School Senior Grad Party event. Understands that the event may include such activities as: swimming pool, diving boards, obstacle courses, chair massage from a licensed massage therapist, Mechanical rides, basketball, inflatable sports & competitive attractions. By consenting to have the above named student participate in this event, you are consenting to allow the student to participate in all activities available at this event. Acknowledges that there is an element of risk involved in any and all activities, and certifies that the participant is physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of attending and participating in the activities; assumes all risk of and financial responsibility for any loss or injury to the participant or others that may occur as a result if the participant’s negligence or misconduct; and indemnifies and holds Battlefield High School, Battlefield High School PTO, the Senior Grad Party Volunteers, Prince William County Public Schools, and the Prince William County Board of Supervisors harmless from and against any and all costs, claims, demands, charges, liabilities, obligations, judgments, executions, costs of suit, and actual attorney’s fees incurred or suffered by Battlefield High School PTO Senior Grad Party Committee as a result of, or arising out of, the participant’s negligence or misconduct; and Authorizes Battlefield High School PTO Senior Grad Party to obtain or authorize any reasonable incidental and/or emergency medical treatment for the participant in the event the participant’s parent(s)/guardian(s) are not readily located and participant becomes ill, injured, or incapacitated; parent(s)/guardian(s) hereby accept the responsibility to pay for such treatment; and This Informed Consent and Acknowledgement of Risk may not be amended, supplemented or abrogated without the written consent of Battlefield High School PTO Senior Grad Party. The participant and/or the parent(s)/guardian(s) purchasing this ticket on behalf of participant acknowledge that they have read this consent and understand its contents and acknowledge these terms and conditions. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. I understand that Battlefield High School PTO Senior Grad Party is a drug, alcohol and smoke – free environment. No one will be admitted if suspected of prior consumption of alcohol or drugs. Anyone found consuming during the party will deal with security and the Prince William County Police. Participation is voluntary and sometimes physical. Check in will be from 9:30PM until 11:00PM. No one will be allowed to enter after 11:00PM. Purses and bags must be checked in at security, only phones and keys will be allowed. An active and valid phone number must be provided. This number may be used in the case of an emergency. It is very important that we be able to reach a parent or guardian during the event in case of an emergency. The participant and/or the parent(s)/guardian(s) purchasing this ticket on behalf of participant acknowledge that they have read this consent and understand its contents and acknowledge these terms and conditions.
